Lara J. Masse
Founder / Principal

Known for her ability to listen and understand, identify options, and shoot straight, Lara J. Masse is a trusted leader, recognized for her ability to lead individuals and teams toward the identification and delivery of meaningful ideas and solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience within both small and large public and private sector organizations, Lara has served in key roles with leading organizations, including Stantec, Kasian, Alberta Health, Health Canada, and University of Alberta Hospitals.

A progressive thinker, Lara's strategic ideas have earned both herself and collagues much recognition and reward. In 2006, Lara was proud to accept an eAward In Recognition of Outstanding Individuals, in the Team Performance category, for project direction and leadership. In 2005, she received a Canadian Information Productivity Award of Excellence for Organizational Transformation. Also in 2004, Lara was recognized with a Capital Award of Excellence in Visual Communications from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
